Diamond Grounds Management provides professional property maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.

Service Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on initial property assessments. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property conditions differ from the initial description.

Weather Conditions: Many of our services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that may affect the quality of work or safety of our crew.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results and safety, customers are responsible for:

Access: Providing clear access to the service area (e.g., unlocking gates).

Obstructions: Clearing the lawn of toys, pet waste, furniture, and debris before our arrival.

Pet Safety: Ensuring pets are secured inside the home during the duration of the service.
3. Payment Terms

Billing: Invoices will be sent via email and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause recurring services if an account has an outstanding balance.

Methods: We accept payments through our secure online portal.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of recurring maintenance.

Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Diamond Grounds Management is not responsible for damage to objects left on the lawn, underground cables/sprinklers not clearly marked by the homeowner, or damage to property that occurs during the normal course of lawn maintenance or snow removal.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
