Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Diamond Grounds Management LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. To ensure fairness and transparency for both parties, the following policy applies to all our services, including mowing, landscaping, and snow removal.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your lawn. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service (such as mowing or trimming), please contact us within 24–48 hours.

  • Our Commitment: We will return to your property to inspect the work and, if the issue is due to an error on our part, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.

  • Limitation: Refunds are typically not issued for completed services once the initial 48-hour window has passed.

2. Service Cancellations

We understand that plans change. To manage our crew’s schedule efficiently, we require advance notice for cancellations:

  • Standard Maintenance: For recurring services like mowing, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 25%–50% of the service cost) to cover scheduling and transit costs.

3. Deposits for Projects & Material Delivery

For larger projects like mulch installation, lawn renovation, or landscaping:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit is often required to secure your date on our schedule and cover upfront material costs.

  • Material Orders: Once materials (such as mulch or specific plants) have been ordered or delivered to your site, that portion of the payment is non-refundable.

4. Prepaid Service Packages

If you have prepaid for a full season of services (e.g., a fertilization or mowing plan):

  • Prorated Refunds: If you choose to cancel mid-season, we will issue a prorated refund for any unperformed services.

  • Adjustment: Any discounts applied to a prepaid package may be voided if the full contract is not completed, and services already performed will be billed at our standard one-time rate.

5. Weather and Unforeseen Delays

Lawn care is weather-dependent. In the event of severe weather or equipment failure:

  • We will reschedule your service for the earliest available time.

  • Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather, as these are outside of our control.
